The monthly subscription

A subscription costs $25 AUD per month. Each month you receive one handwritten calligraphy letter, an A5 print of original artwork, a hand-calligraphed envelope and a small keepsake, posted to your address within Australia. Letters are sent during the first week of each month.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect from the following billing period, and no further payments will be taken.

One single letter

A single letter costs $30 AUD, paid once. It includes this month's letter and its accompanying print and keepsake, with no ongoing payments.

Delivery

Letters are posted by standard post to the address you provide. Please ensure your postal address is correct and up to date — we cannot be responsible for letters sent to an address you have not updated. Delivery times depend on the postal service and may occasionally be delayed by circumstances beyond our control.

Your responsibilities

Please provide accurate name and address details, and keep them current. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

Content

Each letter and artwork is created by hand, so every piece is unique and may differ slightly from any photos shown on the website. The artwork and writing remain the property of their creators and are for your personal enjoyment, not for reproduction or resale.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us and we will make it right — see our refund policy for details.
